The Inspection Schedule Management tool offers an online, inspection schedule management tool displaying purchase order and stock keeping unit (SKU) detail with recommended product quality assurance and social accountability compliance events according to flexible business rules by product type and category. The tool supports the online management of inspection requirements and authorization for electronic distribution or "booking" to the inspection companies; as well as, internal staff. Online electronic reports are available displaying inspection schedule details including inspection booking request details, vendor, and facility information.

Order Inspection Event Management

The Order Inspection Tracking Event Management tool provides an automated collection, monitoring and measurement of all product order and lab test quality assurance event activities including Lead Testing as reported by the inspection companies or internal staff. Online electronic reports are available displaying inspection event details and latest status information including detailed failure results.

Factory and Manufacturers Audit Event Management Tool

The online Factory and Manufacturers Audit Event Management tool collects and displays comprehensive factory information, certification information and expiration history. The tool recommends required inspection events according to configurable business rules by product type and category.
