For this reason ClearTrack offers our customers several convenient options for purchasing our products and services. ClearTrack seeks to help you meet your corporate objectives in the most cost effect manner possible.
Option 1 - Subscription agreements; ClearTrack offers our clients a low upfront alternative to standard software licensing options. This is the most popular option for most first time buyers of software services. Under our Subscription license agreement each client may select the functional applications they require and they are charged only for the services they select. The fees are negotiated based on factors such as transactional volume, functionality, system integrations, data management requirements, and the number of named users.
Option 2 - Hybrid Agreements; this is a new customizable option for those clients that wish to "rent to own". The advantages to this option are numerous, for example you receive the benefits of the low upfront costs of a subscription model along with an opportunity to configure the system to meet you specific needs. This Hybrid purchase agreement will enable you to apply some of the subscription fees to the purchase price should you wish to exercise that option in the agreement. Both the purchase price and the subscription price can be negotiated based on transactional volume, functionality, system integrations, data management requirements, number of named users, and other terms to be defined.
